Does anyone know where I can find a Briggs & Stratton Electric outboard motor?
Posted by admin
I live on an e-lake and am searching for a Briggs & Stratton electric outboard motor. I've heard they discontinued making them but I'm sure there are a few used ones out there for sale.
Briggs and Stratton don't manufacture electrics. Try getting a MinnKota or MotorGuide. Both are excellent products and, hey, you can get parts for them.

If you can't score one on Ebay, try looking up a Torqueedo motor. Yes, though, you are right, Briggs sold the E-Tek electric outboard for a while.
