“Rare” Onan Generator

Model OFA-2 Generator Built for the Navy to power there radar. it gives 4000 watts(4.0kw) 110 only Volts AC, @ 1800 Operating RPMS 60 Hertz. It is powered by a Onan Flat (opposed) 4 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Im currently having to rebuild the original Fuel Pump so i have it running off a 12 volt Pump. It is a very smooth running unit, I show this by putting a small nut from a toggle switch on the Distributor and balanced while the engine is running…very smooth unit! I will be painting it Onan green soon! stay tuned for that!
